Rickter is located inside the Lordamere Internment Camp in Alterac Mountains. He is a neutral humaniod to both Alliance and Horde (ie, he doesn't fight until attacked). He is mainly sought after for the Bloodstone Marble he is known to carry. It is required for the quest Prison Break In given back at Tarren Mill back in Hillsbrad Foothills. You must be level 30 to get the quest.

1. Head to Lordamere Internment Camp
-South of Dalaran bubble in Alterac Mountains. Head North from Hillsbrad Fields.

2. Defeat 4 named NPCs.
a. Ricter is in the fenced in area of the yard.
b. Dermot & Alina are in the house in the fenced in area.
c. Kegan Darkmar is on the second floor inside the large house next to the fenced in area.

3. Collect Bloodstones from each of the NPCs & return to Magus Voidglare in Tarren Mill to turn in quest.
