Great, the best Healadin breast plate in the game and it's a craftable BoP...

Edit: The mat price seems to be ridiculously low, but keep in mind that the recipe is BoE, and will probably sell for a couple thousand gold shortly after 2.4 comes out. Problem is that there aren't many Healadin Blacksmiths. It's also annoying to see that by just lashing out gold you can get a better breastplate than T6.

4 hardened Adamatite Bars should cost a little more than 100 Gold on my server and 10 primal lives would cost a little more than 200. I don't know about the drop rate of the plan, however if it is not too expensive I am going to get one, being a blacksmith afterall.

I made a little comparison between this and Savior's Grasp from Achimonde
This one has

if you socket one 10 spell crit gem into the yellow slot, one 15 sta gem into the blue slot and one 22 healing gem into the red slot.
This one will have, in comparison with the Savior's Grasp
14 less sta
3 more int
30 more healing
2 less spell crit
16 more MP5

I dare say it's some significant upgrade from Savior's Grasp in encounters where Sta is not the most important issue, and this usually is the case, especially considering the fact that paladins are considered the 'toughest' of all PVE healers. Considering the fact that Savior's Grasp is an Achimode loot while this beauty costs no more than 4 primal nether's, 400 Gold and a recipe, I would recommend this chestpiece to all paladin blacksmiths.

PS: I wonder if there is a retribution version of this armor, since I am currently retri-specced.

It's much more comparable to T6 than Archimonde's actually. And no Retribution version as of now. S3 / T6 are the closest options.

Notice that the chest doesn't require 375 blacksmithing to craft. I didn't even have to max my blacksmithing to craft this. It requires 365 blacksmithing and the mats are easy to acquire. Not that I'm complaining. I have one of the first sunblessed breastplates.

The cruel twist of fate with this item is that it is BoP.

The only person who can wear them is the maker.
This person has to have looted the recipe while doing
Sunwell Plateau.

I believe the recipe itself is BOE. Usually when bliz does these recipes the BoP item has a BOE recipe, and the BOE item has a BoP recipe.

My guild dropped these plans last night. As the only Holy Pally dumb enough to level 375 BS, I got them by default.

I can confirm that the plans are BoE and the item is BoP. I am wearing the armor currently and likely will through to WotLK - as I believe it beats out even T6 in most regards and is arguably the best healing plate in the game.

Now to get my hands on the gloves.
