As can be seen from the updated item pic, the release of patch 2.3 will make all gladiator pieces part of the same set (Gladiator Vestments), meaning no more double +35 resilence 2 piece bonus, you will also get the 4 piece bonus for 2 pieces of season one gear and 2 pieces of season 2 gear, rather than requiring 4 pieces of season 2.

yes, if you have a 2 piece bonus of normal gladiator and merciless, you get both bonus's for a bonus 70 resil.

Really the only enchantment option that is any good is Glyph of Ferocity from CE revered.

For gems, your best bet is Powerful Earthstorm Diamond and Shifting Nightseye. 82 total stamina on a helm (without sacrificing socket bonus) is nothing to sneeze at.
but still, it's up to you whether which one is easiest to

get, and if you think it's too difficult, well...you can

A few days before tbc came I made my own designs how I wanted rogue new sets to look like and I made a hood with a bone mask in (it looked lot like this 1 o.O) and I was suprised when this suddenly plopped out.

btw shall I pick this first of all or shall I go for the dagger?
