There is a bug on this item on wowhead. It actually doesn't give 50 % chance to avoid interruption on fear, but on searing pain.

If you compare it to dreadweave glorves these have:

+1 stam
-9 int
+2 resilience
+19 crit
the rest of the stats are the same

Also the (4) set bonus is wrong, ingame it's -0.2 sec. casttime on immolate and not on fear.

Even as a destru lock i go for dreadweave since it's alot better to have 50 % on fear instead of searing pain.

Wowhead's item listings automatically reflect the changes that are on test realms. The information here is taken directly from Blizzard. If/when Blizzard decides to change it back to Searing Pain, Wowhead will be updated to reflect this.

Only real thing that dreadweave have over these is 70 armor

The armor is the same from the stats I looked at today. Actually the only big difference is the dreadweave has 10 more intellect, whereas these give you the 19 crit. If you're just looking for gloves and don't care about set bonuses then I'd say these are the best choice.

As of Season 4, this now costs 10500 Honor and 20 AV Marks and is bought from Captain Dirgehammer in the Champion's Hall for Alliance and Lady Palanseer in the Hall of Legends for the Horde.

What in the hell is the interupt resist on Searing Pain supposed to be good for?

The way I figure things, there's one of three things happening here:

This is a bug and should be fixed
I'm a bad warlock for not ever having had cause to use this spell
Someone at Blizzard has a sick sense of humor and/or brain tumor

Great for a Destruction specced Warlock.. talents of searing pain +10% crit chance, and fire spell damage of alot.. thus am going for this set
