With living spirit and kings, it's ~26 spirit. That's 14 4/9 mana/5 out of FSR. With full intensity, that's ~2 mana/5. Personally, I also sport 3/3 primal mooncloth (I double up on crafting to minimize rep grinds), so that drags it up to ~2.8 mana/5. A bangle of endless blessings (which, for a ToL druid is ~equal to 3% active mana regen after considering the 45sec internal cd) puts it at ~3.3 mana/5. An innervate would yield an additional 72 mana over something without spirit.

You also get +2.6 healing from imp DS.

All of these are fairly minor, but not insignificant. And, if you find yourself in a very bad situation mana-wise, high spirit lets you alter to an expiration lifebloom/rejuv rotation and reap the non-FSR ticks. WIthout significant spirit, that strategy is lackluster at best.

for some guilds with few resto druids like mine i dont stack spirit for the mp5, the mp5 is a nice addition but i stack spirit as a tree becouse it dosent just effect my grps heals it effects the whole raids heals on targets in my grp

sprit stackin tree druids are important all the way through BT

well feed, poted, and raid buffed ive cleared 760 spirit, thats 190 extra healing to tanks in my grp
as for lifeblooms i have a power infussion priest as a friend him and i raid together and whene i proc my trinket my lifeblooms continue to heal for over 1k a sec as long as i keep the same stack of 3 up (even if PI and trinket wears off)

These are amazingly poor healing bracers if you think about it and compare them to T3.

Yes the +heal is nice, but the stats are not so huge, and the +heal does not hide the fact that they are missing any form of regen.

T3 remain the best leather healing bracers in the game, the fact that these are supposed to be T4/T5 equivelent is a real problem.

Bracers are the hardest slot for a druid healer to fill, if they never went to naxx they cant get good leather bracers to heal in.

the pvp reward bracers for 12k honor points are better than tier 3

you are correct in that there is a shortage of quality bracers, I cant even get some off maiden.

I'm glad I made my windhawk bracers 5 months ago because I havent found anything to replace them in that time.

I'll just stare at these grove bands and try and imagine a world where they're mine. I think lurker has died four times now.
