I guess these drop from Void Reaver? :)

Despite looking nice stat-wise(hunter perspective), you may want to compare these to Demon Stalker Greaves(https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=29083). Unless you're hit-capped or pursuing raw AP these pants are just a side-grade. Say, you socket these with 2x16 AP gems and 1x8 hit gem. Then you get +4 agility, +3 stamina, -1 intellect and -4 hit rating from the "upgrade". Somewhat disappointing, I'd say.

And if you're looking for pure DPS set, you might want to still wear Scaled Greaves of the Marksman(https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=30739) instead of these.

I'm no expert in shamen, so I'll let one of them comment about thse from shaman's POV :)

If you put 2xBold Ornate Ruby's and a Brutal Tanzanite you could potentially get ~132ap, 33 stam, 29int(with bonus). demon gives ~110ap 24stam, 26int 16hit.

You lose quite a bit of hit, but gain some decent stats. the fact that it's possible to put higher quality gems in as you go through the game makes it a fair upgrade. demon stalker stats are static.

As far as the Scaled Greaves goes.. you're right they are better for pure dps but at a huge cost. 33stam and 29int are hard to pass up as a raiding hunter.

Lovely for a Survival Hunter. Of course so are Scaled Greaves of the Marksman. So whichever crosses your path first.

If you are interested, this texture is the same of the Hunter's T5 one. They differ only in colors. This one is brownish, while the Rift Stalker Set is blueish.

Really..it sucks being enh shammy in raiding guild.....nothing gives str =*( so wouldn't cry about a shammy getting this.... am shammy too =P
The only thing that gives str is gladitor... =P well it pwns but anyways....
Enh shammys are screwd in PvE.....but well ppl like the dps =D

chances are most people will never see these and if they do they have a kick ass guild that would never give these to a shammy unless hunter wasnt there. Ok i lied u dont need to much of a KICK ass guild but the point still stands if u were able to down him

Im a shaman and i know that shamans do have a hard time to get DPS mail, cus every hunter gets them first.. and in this case, with this Void Reaver Greaves i think that both hunter and shamans should roll, Shamans are undrerestimated with there Melee dps, thats mainly cus noone has given them (shamans) a chance to prove that thay are not just good for healing, thay can dps GOOD and ALOOT.. and i have never seen a shaman with a shield unless he is Resto or Elemental.. thats final.. so just stop this noncens..

There wouldn't be any roll whatsoever on these, highest DKP bid wins. I cannot wait to get these on my shaman though, as they are comparable if not better then enhancement T5:

Ok, so theres 41 str, thats 82 AP, the greaves have 88 AP w/o any gems. The greaves also have 3 sockets. Unless you are aiming to get the 4 piece bonus(5% haste bonus to flurry) the greaves are better, hands down.

@#$s gotta learn to share. theres items around with Str ok they go to shammy if its mail, some mail gives + pet bonus'. for hunters of course.

Most of u guy will probly never see this and just like to sound pro on Thottbot. l2share guys, your not the only one who "needs"
