Somewhat annoyingly, this elemental set requires you to collect loads of Primal Air which only drop from mobs that are immune to nature spells and are therefore are a real pain to farm.
If you're an elemental shaman looking to craft this set, I'd recommend you farm double the Primal Mana you need, sell the spares and buy the Primal Air off the AH.

Anyone know if the socket bonus is going to be changed in an upcoming patch? Agility doesn't strike me as being incredibly useful for an elemental shaman.

2.10 PTR patch replaces the Agility with Spell Crit on Belt and Spell Damage on BP/Bracers

In the 2.1.0 patch, the agility socket bonus is replaced with +2 damage and healing.

Nice set you get from being a Dragonscale Leatherworker. This item is especially nice, since you can create it *without* a nether, so it's a good upgrade to get before you go into any heroic instance.

These are great bracers, some of the best Shamans can get for both PVP and Raiding. Not requiring a nether is just icing on the cake.

yeah sad but I've had to resort to crafting the bracers and belt sine Attunmen and Moroes just aren't cooperating with my healing gear.

unfortunately..unlike other crafting profession, you dont start to get the good stuff at 350.. Both these bracers, the belt and the accompanying chest require 375 skill to make..
