The stats on this are kinda awful considering the difficulty in farming this as an elemental shaman (Air Elementals suck) I'd pretty much just say get this as its better +damage wise and more intel + stamina also with 2 sockets.

ya this agi bonus makes it incomplete. = inconsistancy with Cyclone gear makes sence knowing blizz

Ironicly I'm probably gonna be using this for a healing belt, since Moroes is being selfish and not sharing his. Royal Nightseye and Luminous Noble Topaz, and you got a half decent Healing belt here.

This belt is awesome, like the other pieces of the set you need 375 leatherworking and choose dragonscale in order to make and use this. Its one of if not the best elemental shaman belt.

is a bit unfair that a set for elemental shaman requires a lot of primal air (which drop from nature-immune mobs).

Before you respec, you might want to see how long it takes you to farm Air elementals using Flame/Frost Shock, Searing Totem, and Flametongue. It might take you less time than you anticipate.
