I dont understand why this cape is Exalted.

I agree, it is good, but it's certainly not worth grinding Mag'har the entire way to exalted.

Let's face it: This is not great, and it can easily be replaced.

Just look at the Thrallmar Reward Vicar's Cape

I'd say it's equal to this for a healer, and it just requires you to complete a quest.

soo not worth it to grind all the way to exalted rep. I mean its worth buying IF you are already exalted with mag'har. If not, then I would absolutely recommend any caster to go for the sergeant's heavy cape. Only took me 2 days to get it, and its much nicer then this one.
