Obviously, I have this and hardly ever use it but it's a great dagger to have for PvP until you upgrade to a dagger with higher dps such as the Glad Shiv or Dirge. I guess I'm referring to Combat Rogues for Combat Potency procs.
I stuck fiery on mine since I already knew I would replace it soon enough and didn't want to waste my mats or gold getting a Mongoose or +15 Agil enchant on it.
I still love the look of this dagger I think they really should buff this up and they nerfed the Retainer's Bladed from 1.4 to 1.5 which really limits a Rogue's options before they gain enough rep to start doing Heroics. Now, the only lvl 70 1.4 and under daggers that can be acquired without doing 25 man raids or Heroics are the HWL Shiv or Dirge. And then there's the Glad Shiv but that could take a month if you hold the bare minimum Arena Rating each week.
I'll probably use this more often when I upgrade my MH to make up for my white damage loss by using the HWL Shiv. I have the Latro's sword as well but same conflict. I need to upgrade my MH first. Not that my Glad Quickblade isn't good enough but I'd rather use my Quickblade for PvP and switch to a 1.4 for CP procs for PvE regardless of the dps if my MH is upgraded.
In conclusion, it's worth having until you start doing Heroics and/or Raids.
