Why is it that a weapon farmable such as any Karazhan loot, is getting buffed, but gear and weapons we had to work and grind for, aren't. People bought arena weapons because they were the best in the game, and they worked hard for it. I just believe it unfair for Blizzard to buff easily attainable weapons and gear and leave the ones that were meant to be the best to be second best. Any thoughts? This goes same for any arena weapon as well.

if u take a look, sunfury will be better for pvp and pve. it'll have a higher max damage after the patch, which especially disappoints me.

Does anyone know approximately how long it would take to get this? Like maybe just an "on average it takes..."?

Once I hit 70 this is the top priority of my "to-do" list, it would be great if someone could give me an estimate of how long it would take.

It takes 3261 arena points, so the time it takes to get it depends on how well you do in the arena and what you're playing in the arena with.

Say you aren't that familiar with pvp and it's just you and you're buddy, and you don't have a voip program to give you an edge in the fight. You're rating will probably go down to ~1000 at which point you'll earn 130 points a week for you're 2 man, at which point it'll take you 26 weeks, actually half a year, to build up points.

Or we'll look the other way say you're in a rocking 5 man with plenty of pvp xp and voip and all the goodies. Top groups get ratings above 1800, earning 760 points/week for your 5v5, at which point it'll take at least 5 weeks.

So the short answer is anywhere from 5 weeks to 6 months.

1800 and above isnt really "the top" of 5v5, its more of an average organized team with a good class setup and VoIP available.

If you happen to be in a top notch 5v5 group with 5 very skilled players with perfect class setup and gear and hit a rating of 2100 to 2200 to get top 20, your points per week would be ranging from 1120 to 1200 points a week, and you would have this bow in 3 weeks. Anything less than 3 weeks is almost impossible, so the correct answer as to "estimated time to grind this" would be anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months of atleast 30% activity in the team.
(Note that a team needs atleast 10 games a week to earn any points and advance in rank)

absolute must have for every hunter who isnt farming karazhan or better. I have valanos now (best pre kara, easy to get thing) and it increases base dps with 16(more or less) which is absolutly amazin'.

Anything less than 3 IS impossible not almost. The cap for rating is 3000. 3000 Rating and a 5v5 will get you 1501 arena points a week. So...
1 Weeks = 1501 points
2 Weeks = 3002 points
3 Weeks = 4503 points

if your a BM hunter its around 2.5 speed with quiver although if your a survival hunter i think sunfury is better for the fact it has agility on it imo then again the crit this gives is good to keep expose weakness up

80 DPS, 304 top end. This is gonna destroy, as if hunters don't own a lot already. It will be interesting to see how the bigger HP pools will stack up to such impressive increases in damage.
