I do not see the lack of Int being that bad setback, only bad thing is that this piece of crap is vest. in long run, additional spirit will contribute more mana(priest, durids)whereas Int is useful excatly to the point where all additional mana is used.

But then, Hallowed Garments arent that hard to aquire, and usually there are atleast couple of Shroud Of Spiritual Purity in AH, that are arguably better than this.

If you're a druid you can opt for this vest if you fancy it because the Leggings of Unending Assault will be replaced at Netherstorm with the
X-52 Pilot's Leggings as it's the only leather option for that quest (the other 2 being mail and plate).
Plus there's also Shattrath Leggings from another Netherstorm quest.

Only cloth may be for priests, but its not even a good cloth chest piece. Raiments of Divine Authority drop in... blood furnace, i believe? Considering you can socket that... this isn't that great.

Ok there are 3 men to kill first turn around and kill ogre (Easy for Afflic Locks and Arms Warriors) then go Zangarmash and kill the little Coo (Same Way) then go Terokkar Bone Wastes (the same way over again) All this will be so easy if just do alot of Dmg over seconds and Stuns and some Fear effects ( And Yes i have Done The Quest -_- )
