Of all the High Warlord melee weapons, this one has the fastest speed. The DPS is .1 lower than he rest of the one-hand High Warlord weapons (with the exception of the dagger), but classes using this with a talent like Flurry (increases haste for a short time when you crit) would wind up having Flurry active more often, which means more DPS overall.

One wsg could go from simply a few honor to as many as u want. I think it depends on farming kills. On arthas some of the alliance and horde have decided to just kill each other for 30mins to a hour in wsg earning a lot of honor.

An AB win is 275, so i guess WSG win is around 200 Honor points.

To get items , you dont need rank anymore but honor and AV, exemple: High Warlord's Battle axe requires 45,500 honor and 40 AV marks

The 2-h weapons , bow , gun , crossbow and epic armor requires : 45,500 honor and 40 AV mark.

The 1-h weapons , daggers , swords , daggers , maces, axes and blue armor requires: 22,500 honor and 40 Arathi Basin Marks

Later you can also go to arena and get arena points for better weapons but only at lvl 70 at lvl 1-60 you can only do practise arenas

The graphics on this are much better than any of the alliance weapons, in my opinion. Horde weapons are amazing, the graphics are top notch; and yes, I would love to get this for my rogue. Only downfall is the attack on it, the dps is good, but could still be beat, and the speed is probably the best you're gonna get for sometime.

Due to its fast speed, this sword is the best offhand sword for a combat rogue to use while leveling through Outland. There are very few fast one-handed swords found in Outland instances (the only one is the Scimitar of the Nexus-Stalkers). PvP at level 57-59 for this sword and it'll last you well into 70 until you can get the Latro's Shifting Sword or Inuuro's Blade.

blizzard made a sword for offhand now ... i never really realized that ppl were using like a 2.90 speed or whatever in offhand. now its 1.80 yay!

I am thinking about replacing my Quel with the Quickblade for tanking.. it is faster and does more dps.. but the proc on Quel is nice to have..

could i get some input before i make a decision?

as a fury warrior im using 2 hel cleavers instead of this one in the offhand, i tried em bot and i must say 2x cleaver owns cleaver+quickblade for a fury warrior.

I just wanted to point out something that the picture above does not show. The little dot in the middle of the Horde insignia at the base of this sword's blade actually emits a red glow effect. It's not very pronounced outside in daylight, but when you're crawling around in a dark dungeon, it's very noticeable and quite cool.

These are pretty damn good especially since burning crusade is out, I didnt want to waste my time on lvl 60 raids, so i just BGed a little, got 2 of these along w/ the bow on my hunter, and was very happy! Only at lvl 66 did I find a better quest sword, and then at 69 I found a better sword off AH. Well, I think if you dont want to waste your time raiding lvl 60 (which you shouldnt, outlands gear beats all the raiding drops), get 2 of these and go into the outlands. In blade's edge mountains, I believe a long quest chain I gives a better sword, or somewhere in the outlands

Fastest HW weapon so it is good for sword and dagger rogues...

The reason it is faster is because you want a slow dagger for high sinister strikes which allows more damage. Learn how to play a rogue before you go off on a tangent.

Fury warriors could use this too ya know, or if someone with HWL gear decided to tank something, shield + this...hunters could dual wield if they really wanted to.

You're an idiot, what dumbass would use a dagger for Sinister Strike in PvP? I could maybe using it once or twice if you were farming something, but in PvP...

It's designed to be an Off Hand Sword for those Combat Rogues who use the HWL Blade. It's also good for those rogues that use the HWL Razor and then this is a good offhand. It's the same stats just faster which allows for better poison procs. And if you are going to SS, you want the slowest main hand possible with the best damage IE. the HWL Blade and not the dagger.
