not against any of you but people make this stuff sound so dramatic about getting the Honor this Weapon is mostly considered for a Hunter and maybe Warrior to help Pull with no aggro.

This Gun is Very Cool espiecally for Roleplay and even when it did cost about 25,000 Honor Points wich now it is only 18,000 and 40 Arathi Basin Marks of Honor wich it would take about a week grinding now it would only take about 2 days of full grinding to get this because I am currently lvl 54 on my Hunter and I did Alterac Valley about 4 times didnt win a single 1 on Alliance and not on this BG Weekend I got about 6,000 Honor Points and it only took about 2 Hours to get that wich when and if you get this Gun you will be most def. set for the lvl's 60-65 this Gun goes against a ton of new TBC Guns!

I wanted to get this on my hunter, but was a bit reticent because I thought it would get replaced quickly in Outland. I got it anyway, along with the pvp mount and if anyone is wondering, no it won't get replaced quick.

I have a dwarf, and with an adamantite scope, I have topped the damage meters every instance with the adamantite shells from engineering. The gun that came close to beating it was the adamantite rifle and it only has a wee bit more dps, but lacks the +7 stamina on it.

With the gear I have, my base dps with Aspect of the Hawk is ~250 at level 65 which excludes the pet's dps which is somewhere around 135 dps.

I'm picky about what my toon looks like, and I reckon I'll be using this until 70.

I could be wrong, but i belive once you obtain a rank and acquire the items that require set rank, you will ALWAYS be able to equip these items. So, in this case, you only need to obtain the rank of high warlord/grand marshal ONCE. After that it's relax time from spending countless in BG a day getting honor...too little time for such weapons.

yeah they can. ok the second best in PvP on my server on Alliance is a NE hunter with Grand Marshall to the noob that said hunters suck at PvP. AND THIS GUN OWNZ!

Before the recent patch, only 1 Grand Marshal was allowed per 1,000 players. Now, all you have to do is get 40 Arathi Basin Marks of Honor and accumulate 22,500 honor points. IMO making this item FAR less difficult to obtain, due to the fact that you are not competing with other players for Grand Marshal. It is solely left up to you individually to gather the correct amount of honor points and Marks of Honor. I &*!@#d PvP for about a week and just got this weapon, but definately did not PvP enough to receive Grand Marshal status as in recent past. Others in my guild received their respective weapons even earlier. So, as it is currently, Grand Marshal weapons are extremely easier to get than in the past. Mostly due to the upcomming expansion.

the GM hand cannon or the GM bow
i know bow has less power but more speed and gun has less speed but more power
i think it depends on how often the gun crits

It is worth buying this at lvl 60 with The Burning Crusade out? I heard there was a nice quest gun around lvl 64.. but finding it hard to find a decent gun between lvl 53-64

This weapon needs to have the ability to be used in melee. It has a bayonette! Let's see this bad arse mother of a blade get put to use!

I'm so getting this weapon in under one weeks time (I can't spend all my waking hours pvping so I only make about 2-2.5k honour on the best of days) and I'm so getting this for my character (hunter) instead of the other three. Why? It's so freaking cool. BANG BANG BANG! STAB STAB STAB! Well, not so much stabbing, but I can always pretend. :P

I like this gun. Plan to get this when I hit GM. Might buy this and the bow since they are cheap. Fast bow would come in handy at different times than the Gun.But both are an upgrade to my current Gorewood Bow.
