This pattern actually drops from a multitude of 61+ mobs, from personal experience. The most common drops, though, seem to indeed come from Azuregos and the other Outdoor Raid Bosses (ORBS) whom probably have an accelerated drop rate.

There are a few other 18 slot bags, like the bag off the panther boss in ZG: https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=19914
and Onyxia: https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=17966
and the newer quest reward from LHC: https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=22679

TBC should offer a common 18 slot (or more) bag pattern, so at this point the bottomless bag is for the most part not worth the mats.

Yeah, Wowhead doesn't have the data for the Eternium Lockbox, it has a very low drop rate off of that as well.

Its not worth it anymore. The imbued netherweave bag (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/spell=26749)(18 slotter) is easier to get made (cheaper matts)

It's not mentioned in the listing above, but I got mine off a bog creature in the Spawning Glen in Zangarmarsh. To be more precise, an eternium lockbox dropped, and the pattern was its contents.

As of the 1.3 patch it requires 12 Mooncloth and reagents stay that same as of the 1.4 patch.

As of the 1.3 patch and to the present day (4/24/05) it requires the following...

Bolt of Runecloth (8), Mooncloth (12), Large Brilliant Shard (2), Rune Thread (2)

This pattern dropped in Molten Core of the lava packs. Don't know which mob though.

Dropped off one of the humanoids in the room between the beast and the general. Of course,noone cared about the tailors in the raid. Some random hunter got it and promptly sold on the AH for 800 gold or so. Bags are nice but it's like icing on the cake when you have everything else and want to spoil yourself.(Arthas server).

8 day cooldown? try 4 days per mooncloth, so 12 days to make the first one then 16 days for each subsequent bag if that's all you used yer mooncloth for. Nice bag though! can't wait to make me a few hehe, that is once I get the pattern ;P
