This item costs 1s 60c - 2s 25c in spices to cook. Instead of cooking this it's better to use the 新鮮的大魚 to feed your pet. If you want the instant stamina buff, it's cheaper to use 煮熟的光滑大魚. This has more healing than 煮熟的光滑大魚 but if you're going to sit down for a while and eat this you're better off with a better food buff like 嫩狼肉排, 蜘蛛肉腸 or 超級煎蛋捲 or a better healing item like conjured food, bandage or a food that heals more or is simply cheaper. The only reason you would use this over 煮熟的光滑大魚 is if you can't get any 新鮮的光滑大魚 or if 新鮮的大魚 is just so much cheaper that it's worth buying 舒心草 for this effect. This doesn't sell on the Auction House because of it's unpopularity and low impact and it vendors for 18c. The only reason I see for anyone to cook this is if they're levelling up their cooking since it's a 100% level up from 275-300.

This doesn't stack with other normal food buffs.
