The price estimate displayed by WoWHead is simply wrong - and I can only assume that its based on a previous version of these bracelets when they apparently had the ludicrous stat of strength on them.

They are the best twinking caster bracers in the game for the 29 bracket. The Spidertank Oilrag is MP5 based and offers no benefit to burst damage for a twink.

The actual price of these bracers should be in the range of 50g+ imo.

However, that being all said, they aren't TBC enchantable, which is why a few people would opt for a green like Arcane Runed Bracelets (Available from the quest "Wanted: Marez Cowl https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=684). It's worth noting that those bracelets are a reward from a quest which requires lvl 29 to obtain - a risky move for a twink.

Given the deep pockets of your average twink, the Glowing Magical Bracelets are standard fodder for most players who want good gear and want to stay below level 30.

Ive been lookin in the AH everytime i'm around to see if theres any bracers even worth looking at, and then these show up. I thott em to see if they are farmable so i can just get em for free on my main, nope. So i now envy the guy with the post above mine, I'm about to pay 3g for em.

Just bought these on AH this morning for around 35-40s. Not sure of the exact price because I hit the buyout button as soon as I saw the item was on AH for less than 1g. I really didn't think I would ever come across these. Now I just need to put a Spirit enchant on them and I am set. :)

Why dose a cloth wearer need strength? I find the green Stonecloth bracers (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=9086/石板-治療波-vi) that drop off 30's near the barrens so much more useful, especially for PvP.

saw em...I think 11g...but it's probably next on my shopping list...got Magician's Mantle and Moonsoul Crown so far for a combined total of 7g...my twink's gonna cost 700g or so with allgear and chants factored in :(

Ignore the other stat, it's the +8 INT that makes these attrative. Especially with a + Stam enchant, these are awesome for a 29 clothie twink.

A pair of these dropped for me when I was just beating up some merlocs on the coast of Southshore for training my level 45 Rogue to take on multiple mobs! I have donated them to my level 25 Warlock Alt, who enchanted them with even more intellect! These seem to be by far the best bracers for casters in the level 20's.

This a great cloth item to have as a caster for this level, yeah its got 3 strength but I am playing SSF so this is really nice intellect boost I found early to replace my crappy lvl 11 green :)
