I'm a level 38 and have one to equip when I get to 39. Found another in AH and decided to equip two since these are great for a lvl 39 hunter. So I tried to pull it out of the AH winning e-mail and it said "you can't carry anymore." Is there a limit of just having one or will this be resolved when I hit lvl 39 in a few days?

I found it on a Hatecrest Serpent Guard in feralas, one of those with a quit little drop chance... (0.0 % wich is actually 0.01 % i think)

Orsox, it's a random drop. It can drop from any mob of the appropriate level, so 0,01% isn't accurate :).

There were 2 in AH on Malygos started at 2g and finally after sitting there in the middle of a bidding war got it for 35g. The +20 is no laughing matter, a fine piece of jewelry. Goes good with "Heaven's Light" for my 40 War. I crit almost constantly now.

Why would some lvl 39 buy this just for 30-39 no point in twinking yourself out for a BG's you wont stay in that long. Most people move on from 30-39 cause they want mounts at 40, so dont buy this for a 30-39 twink pointless. Even with the new cross server BG's it wouldnt be wise too get this just for 30-39. I'm getting this for my feral druid for 40-49 and I plan on staying there for a while.. a long.. long while
