The Meadow Ring of Eluding has stats which are way over its item budget.

12 dodge rating is equal to 12 of any other stat, so it could have 12 stamina instead of it.

Previously, this ring had a straight +1 % to dodge which was normal for its level. All percentages got changed into ratings in the 2.0 patch and therefore this got 12 dodge rating which is 1 % dodge at level 60, but much more at lower levels.

The solution is to lower the dodge rating to 2-3 and increase the Agi to the same, so it spends as much item budget on stats as the other versions of this ring.

I have noticed that most people get their rings from people who have farmed black fathom depths... its a simple instace.. decent greens for the AH.. but.. the rings are a hard drop as it is.. and the Eluding version.. well.. thats something almost no one in thier right minds posts on the AH.. and its always for 500g+ on my server.. kinda lame if you ask me but.. i've seen them sell for that.. so i cant argue.. businees is businees even if it is silly.
farmed Chok'sol for 6 hours the other day... just to see if i could get a meadow ring to drop .. since i needed to kill him at least 100 times to do it.. well.. sad story.. got so many other things... i had to start chunking things pretty fast cuz he respawns fairly quik.. and trash is trash.. at one point there were 6 bodies of him at once. GL i dont think he's easily farmed for the world drop.. he does have the highest recorded drop rate on this database for the ring. He is also the first one you can farm outside of an instance.. which greatly helps the drop rate. because you dont have to reset to contunue grinding the mob out. and this is the information if your too lazy to click the link..

Lame if you ask me.. had a low level noob i run into nearly poop himself when i just gave it to him.. https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=3021 I wish there was a way to upload the crap i keep farming... to help out on the kills numbers and drop rates.. i often farm for specific items.. i'm currently working on these rings.. still .. its been almost 6 months.. not a single one in my favor.. i've had my hands on about 2 dozen agility rings and like 50 of the wolf/monkey... not any of the falcon or others.. its kinda luck i guess.. i could barely sell those rings.. i still have a bunch of them on my guild bankers character.. i dont think many people will want them seeing how JC can make more desirable rings "the Eluding one is the only ring that is wanted.. and i'm not giving mine up.. lol.. i'll buy the next one i see.

Eluding effect now only adds 2% dodge max.
But still people give loads of money for this. Just had the biggest lucky moment of my WoW career as I found one of these, the Eluding type, on the AH for 2 G buyout. Bought, resold for 110 G, sold. 108 G free.

Imagine my disappointment when I finally found a Meadow Ring of Eluding on the AH. I paid 20g, sent it to my twink and equipped it...Too bad Blizz just nerfed dodge rating, at least for lvl 19 twinks. Now 12 Dodge Rating is only +2.00% dodge chance =(

20g is a small price to pay, I guess, but nonetheless, caveat emptor.

This ring is a nice twink Item
It will bring down some of your HP
If you will switch the Bloodring for it
But It adds a (approx)2% dodge rating on your Total dodge

A lot of ppl dont know what they're selling
I bought mine for just 20s on the Darkspear server
And have been looking for one *affordable* for about 14 days

So keep your eyes out for this lil bastard
It will make you dodge or catch some Goldfever

its a world drop = random from all lvl 15-25 or so NPCs

eluding is the best for 19 rogue twinks except maybe blood ring

No matter what server or side you are on I want to buy 2-4 of these. Preferably horde.

I'll just transfer a character with cash to that server and then transfer another character back to my original server with the ring.

If you find one of these whisp/mail Aai at ahn'qiraj horde in Europe.

Needless to say transferring a character to your server will probably take a couple of days, but I'll pay 200 gold for each ring.

Found 2 of these in the past week in the auction house on Alleria, 1 on horde side for 1g and one on Ally side for 35s. I thought this was weird, but maybe there are plans to nerf dodge again? 12 dodge rating = 2% dodge chance at lvl 19 in TBC Classic.

Used to give over 4% dodge chance earlier patches of TBC but it got nerfed in the middle of TBC and the database we are using in classic is for patch 2.4.3
