Very good hunter weapon. My speed with it is 1.54 using a quiver.

It has amazing dps at only 1.54, and the damage isnt that bad, ive made crits of over 80 on auto shot, and around 100+ on arcane shot.

The Fine Shortbow is still available from Landria (I just bought one from her today). It's a limited availability item, and is in rotation with other limited availability bows. If she doesn't have it when you visit, you may need to come back periodically to check for it.
