Following the rank point distribution error earlier this week, Blizzard has reported that many Season of Mastery player's PvP ranks have been corrected, but it will be several more hours before all are completed. Some realms will be restarted tomorrow to speed up the process, but gold refunds for lost gear will take a few more days.

Fixed - NA Players are Retroactively Granted Rank Points on WoW Classic Season of Mastery
After players discovered
there was an error to Rank Point distribution on WoW Classic Season of Mastery
, Blizzard corrected the issue. However, it was only fixed in time for EU's second reset, but not NA players. Just today, Blizzard has retroactively granted Rank Points to NA players to compensate.
