Trying to get power auras to show cool downs...help

I tried some stuff in powa and it seems great but when I tried to do a cool down I failed big time.
I wanted to show cooldown of swiftmend as a number from 15 to 0 and put it by my grid but I am having no luck. I do not see anything under the selections for cool down and someone said unless you have a target it won't work.

is there a way to make it show cooldowns ?

Use the Timer Tab and set it to 15.
