Soloed after patch 2.3 no longer elite. Sheonly summons one helper non-elite as well. Very easy now and This quest is repeatable after you complete it before you turn it in as you can see a blue question mark above her grave. I got a good drop from her after a few times. good luck!

When you accept the quest, a 31 Elite, a 29 and 28 Undead attack you. Tried as a 35 Shaman solo and was killed. Bring friends.

As a 33 dwarf, I focused on eliza and had just enough time to kill her and loot her before i was killed. This might be the best thing to do if you can't find a group. Also, along with Eliza (the 31 elite) there are 3 other undeads, not 2.

soloed this quest with my lvl 34 druid, killed eliza and all her minions. Which there are three. Druids rock!

Eliza is now level 30 - non elite and without minions, much easier!

hunter, set frost trap and jump ontop of hut, get on cart and jump up, if you miss, RUUUUUN! you problly won't survive if your high 20's, kill the undead chick, grab the heart use slow movement trap and get out of there,

Same sort of thing for fromt mage or caster, get ontop of hut and her addon's dont get you if your at the high end of it,

No range attacks... well do what you got to do, get a frined.

I am not sure. I got the message "Quest: Digging through the Dirt" completed when I approached the grave of Eliza, the embalmers wife in Duskwood, and she had not yet spawned, I searched the dirt, and got that message. Shortly after she spawned. I had the quest to kill her and retrieve her heart, however never got the quest to dig through the dirt, which seems like it may have been the pre-req for this quest in beta maybe? Maybe having never been updated. I did not gain any experience for it, either.

What's with this quest? No description whatsoever aside from title, zone, and level...And it doesn't show up on Thottbot.

I've done this quest at level 26 or 27. I don't understand why it states level 35, because it's way easier than that. I think you won't even get xp for the quest at level 35.

Sven gives this. He tells u about a man he saw the night his family was murdered and u are to go dig up a journal that is buried behind a tree stump by the barn. There are Defias to contend with, but the mound is a dark bump behind the stump. You open it like a chest to obtain the object.

This is completely different quest line from the hermit/embalmer/ambercromie line.

This is simply the quest that spawns Elisa, so you can kill her for A noiva do Embalsamador. It gives no XP on its own, so there's no reason to do it if she's already spawned for you / if you've already killed her.

You dig through the semi-loose dirt over the grave...and find the remains of a coffin.

Within the coffin you can feel the vibrating scrapes of clawed fingers and the gnashing of rotted teeth...

Will you open the coffin and retrieve the Embalmer's heart?
