The location of the Island is 58.60

You find Nat Pangle at 58.60 look for a fisherman on a bridge.
If you dont have cords, simply go southwest from Theramore isle docks.

Note. watch your step on the wey to him. there is swimming Muchshall scrabbler's aroud which can keep you busy with frostbolls

it is on an island, near the north west land side in the bay to the south west of the docks and fort. On my map there (how do you get a screen shot?) are three islands where the spine of the mountains on the north west bay proceeds south east.
At that end of the spine, the island closest to the mountain chain is where you will find him.

Confirmed I found him on the wooden walkway by his camp at . Before patch 2.3 there used to be many nasty mobs swimming around but now there were none to be seen on the swim to Nat except on lvl 36 close by. Nat is well known if you ever do fishing as he gives the Artisan fishing quest.

Reward confirmed as 350xp at lvl 36.

If you listen closely enough, I bet you can still hear sailors talk about Tethyr, the sea creature the book says lives right here! Of course, if you wanted to know for sure, you could always ask old Nat Pagle.

He's got a small fishing camp on a little island in Tidefury Cove, which is southwest across Dustwallow Bay.
