Blizzard just pushed an update to the Burning Crusade Classic Beta, adding an entirely new realm called "Badge of Justice", which contains level 70 premade characters.
New Realm on the Beta
For about 5 minutes total, the new realm was live and players were able to create instant level 70 characters. These characters came with a 60% Flying Mount, Dungeon Blue gear which isn't enchanted or with gems, as well as very limited choices on weapons and trinkets. This new realm is likely what Blizzard will be using for Raid testing,
which is scheduled to take place this week
.
The new realm is now offline, preventing players from testing anything. They will likely return tomorrow,
per the schedule posted by Blizzard
. On the Beta Realms that have been live, there are some changes to the vendors in capital cities.
Frascatauren
no longer offers raid consumables and
Sra. Frascatauren
is completely removed. This is likely because the new realm is being used for raid testing, instead of the normal realms that players have been playing on. This is likely for focused testing, where Blizzard can control the gear people have going into raids,
possibly for finer raid tuning
.
Item Changes
Other changes players have noticed are listed below and as more changes are discovered by players, this article will be updated.
Martelo de Punhodraco
and
Aniquilador
are no longer One-Hand, matching how it was during the original Burning Crusade.
G'eras
no longer sells
Éter Primevo
for Badges.
