Nice thread, Queggy! A lot of effort you've done!

Thanks. The Orc part was definitely the hardest. The Human part would be similar, but I don't know how to incorporate in everything else about them, such as Guardian of Tirisfal and Medivh stuff. That's why I still have that note up at the top of it.

Send me a PM on IRC if you see me one of these days, I have a few suggestions which I don't have time to explain right now.

Great post, Queggy! This post makes me to want to roll a Orc or Troll. Thanks for the motivation!

You're welcome!
Heh, it seems as if my plan has succeeded! Orcs, Tolls, and Tauren ftw!
Hmmm, sounds like a good sig line, "Orcs, Trolls, and Tauren: the original Horde." The only problem with that is that the Orcs by themselves are the "original" Horde . . .

The night elves only distrust the arcane. They respect the druidic and shamanistic arts.

I'll fix that up. When I said magic in all it's forms I was implying arcane. I don't really think of Druids and Shamans as utilizing "magic", but meh, I'll fix it up. Thanks.
:\
Queggy, how much free time do you have? Nice post, BTW!
Not a lot, I just skive off of my work.
:P
And thank you everyone else!

This is actually a little controversial as it has not been established how things are now, to my knowledge. I'm talking about
Blood elves
.
It's mentioned in the WotLK manual that Sunwell has been restored - yes, blood elves are addicted to magic still, but their addiction is once again being fed and they really pay it no or very little attention as far as I understand. I guess it's up to the player how they like to go around things, but addiction doesn't play much of a part in your everyday roleplay anymore from what little info I've gotten about the current situation with the Sunwell.
If you want to go with the flow that they are still very very addicted, I'd like to point out that they are not crackheads selling their bodies for a fix - felblood elves and wretched are. A blood elf keeps their hunger for magic in control, or risk becoming either of the forementioned. They do it by meditating an hour a day, much like High elves. They are not humans with pointy ears, so I'd suggest not rationalising their actions by human mannerisms, either.
----
As to the post above, shamans utilize the power of the elements - in roleplaying perspective and as displayed by Thrall in battle for the UC and a few other shaman NPC's, shamans generally don't command the elements, they ask for their aid. In theory your chain lightning could fail if the element of the wind denies you the ability to zap those adorable kittens, but in the computer game this of course doesn't happen. Taunka shamans are different as they force the elements in their servitude, but we of course can't play as Taunka. In essence, shamans do not use magic, they use raw elemental power granted to them by elements and their deep connection with the said elements.
I'm not overly familiar with druids, but their magic is ironicly partly arcane in nature as well as something deemed "nature magic" of which's origins are very vaguely described. Balance druids especially use arcane magic - altough it is supposedly granted by Elune (the Night elf goddess of the Moon, one of the few actual gods, deities in the warcraft universe).

I understand you're just giving people guidelines to work with - well, here's my two cents. :)
