EDIT: Realized that there is a similar vendor in Nagrand. Still though, chances are that when you have access to the rewards (spesifically, those that require level 63), your level is a lot higher and the items will be more or less useless.

I was running around in stormspire looking for a certain quest and I got a tell from Karaaz saying, "Pssst! I have that that might interest you, Mucca. It fell of a pack mule in nagrand!"

Anyone know what that is about?
