He is stealthed near the left right after you kill Ghaz'an and swim across the water.

He's really easy to miss. After you drop down into the caynon, make sure you take the time to look around carefully for him before the first turn.

He is hard to see but here is how you find him.

After you kill Ghaz'an, swim across the water. Jump down to the ground below. Follow the road to the left DO NOT go down to the first right but continue up to where the road seams to have an end and heading upwards a bit. He will be standing here stealthed.

It's a bout 20secs walk from where you jump down after the water.

A rogue can solo this. Easy for the most part, 1 point there are stealth detectors, just sprint through far enough then vanish. may need a health pot, then wait till ghaz is in water taway from exit, and jump in and there ya go.

This guy was the hardest to find when I did the quest, so here's his location:

In Underbog, after killing Ghaz'an (the Hydra boss), drop down into the water, swim across to the opening, and drop down again. Now go all the way to your left. He's stealthed right before the path ends in a huge drop.

Above describtion is correct, u should get a msg saying 'pst 'class' over here to your left' as u get close to him i ignored it the first time but got it the next time round. No fighting is required, just talk to the guy

Thanks for info.. After hoping in the water, through crack and down to next level, take a left and go west, don't take path down on your right, take left fork which has a slight incline, and Rayge will be up there invisible for you.

Earthbinder Rayge is in the hallway just after the crack in the wall after the Hydra event. There is a crack in the wall that you go through to continue in the instance. You have to go right in that hall to continue; if you go straight, it looks like you just jump down to the level you already cleared. That is where Rayge is. He's stealthed, so you'll have to walk right on top of him and have your sound turned up :P

He wasn't appearing for me when I was stealthed. Right after I turned off stealth he popped in
