Soul Cinders Will Upgrade Legendaries to Rank 5 and 6 in Patch 9.1 - Soul Ash Will Continue to Drop
In his interview with Preach, Game Director Ion Hazzikostas confirmed that Soul Cinders (aka Mega Soul Ash) will be used to upgrade legendaries to rank 5 and 6 in Patch 9.1. Regular Soul Ash will also continue to drop and be used to craft new legendaries.

Ion Hazzikostas on Automated Matchmaking in Patch 9.1 - No Mythic+ or PvP Solo Queue Planned
During his Douyu interview, Game Director Ion Hazzikostas reaffirmed that there is currently no intent to add solo queues for rated PvP or matchmaking in Mythic+, preferring a continued focus on better group finder tools to allow players more control over forming their own groups.

Soulbind Calculator Updated with New Tiers and Abilities Coming in Patch 9.1
We've updated our Soulbind Calculator to include the additional conduit slots and abilities being added on the patch 9.1 PTR! Each of the 12 Soulbinds now has three additional tiers of progression, including another potency slot available to all paths, a choice between supplementary abilities leading to Endurance or Finesse conduit slots, and a brand new capstone ability for each tree.

Last Two Bosses of Sanctum of Domination Drop Higher Item Level Loot
Like Castle Nathria, the last two bosses of the Sanctum of Domination raid will drop higher item level loot than the rest of the instance. Both Kel'Thuzad and Sylvanas Windrunner items will be 7 item levels higher, up to 259 on Mythic difficulty.
