Interesting enchants. Presumably there will still be a "Dancing Steel" of the expansion, so to speak. Tank one looks particularly weak. Only triggers below 50%?

The amount of changes to warriors especially arms are mind boggling. Enrage has been changed to only trigger at critical block! (Bit confusing considering how Raging Blow works). Mastery for arms changed to flat increase of CS, slam and execute which can be used at any point. Well Blizzard has been promising to work on rotation of arms warriors we'll see how it will work. Worth mentioning that execute for fury hit with both weapons to compensate.
Pounce and Ravage get folded into Rake and Shred, a good counter to button bloat, also reduces the need for a stealth bar (or macros) for Ferals, which they still don't have as far as I know (been using Dominos to set up one for years now)Also, I saw an earlier draft of this news article that was up briefly, which had new globalstrings, including these:

I'm just wondering if Ret, looking like it's going to be relatively weaker AFTER the stat crunch, isn't actually being nerfed yet.I mean maybe i'm missing something, but we're losing utility and all of the abilities look like they're wired to deal less damage. But that's not a nerf, right? Ret is good!
Don't play melee so not sure how abilities that hit with both weapons work. Crazed Berserker makes execute hit with both, so would that be 210% from MH WD and 210% WD from OH for a total fo 2x execute per use. Or would it take MH and OH wd add them both up and tmes it by 210% and that what the damage would really be? So for fury who DW 2H would always do more damage per execute then an arms who only using 1x 2H?Also they could make each caster/ melee do the same damage if they just make them get the same benefit. Example Frost Bolt does 212% spell power and Shadow Bolt does want 203% - if they made FB = SB or SB = FB with out factoring in crits - both spells would do the same damage, and thus in a fight where both mage and lock just spam that one attack both would come out be same dps or very close (with factors like lag factor in)
The new Hunter level 100 talent looks very exciting.Not sure what to think about some of the talents where it says a version isn't available to compare (like deterrence) - hoping that doesn't mean they're removed from the game.
