More Details on Ulduar in Patch 7.3.5 - Loot, Transmog and Mounts

10p and 25p difficulties have been merged into one difficulty called Ulduar (Normal)
Ulduar (Normal) can support up to a maximum of 30 players.
Loot from 10 and 25 is merged and how many pieces you receive from each original difficulty is random.
Baseline of 10 players awards 3 pieces of gear. Successfully completing encounters on hardmode awards an extra cache of gear (except Hodir because he already has one) that contains 1 piece of hardmode loot from either 10p or 25p difficulties.
Tier tokens from both the original 10p and 25p versions drop off their respective bosses allowing players to still complete both Ulduar appearance sets.
Algalon the Observer and The Assembly of Iron only drop the 25p version of their quest items, so you will no longer be able to obtain Reply-Code Alpha or Archivum Data Disc and start the quests All Is Well That Ends Well or Archivum Data Disc. With that you will no longer be able to obtain Drape of the Skyherald, Sunglimmer Drape, Brann's Sealing Ring, or Starshine Signet once the changes to Ulduar hit live servers.
Bosses at a baseline of 10p now have significantly more hp for max level players. For example, Algalon the Observer now has a little over 23m health for a baseline of 10 players compared to his original 10p health pool of 4m. However, boss health now scales with level so legacy guilds and groups that do Herald of the Titans will not experience a major difference in boss health.
Completing the Achievement Observed (10 player) now awards both the and titles.
Completing the new Glory of the Ulduar Raider achievement now rewards both Reins of the Rusted Proto-Drake and Reins of the Ironbound Proto-Drake.
All achievements from Ulduar (including achievements not a part of the meta such as Three Car Garage (10 player) or Three Car Garage (25 player)) that were completed have been converted to legacy achievements and credit has been given for the new version of the respective achievements.
The Herald of the Titans achievement text has been changed so that players can still group to complete it; however, it’s unclear if it will be completable with more than 10 people, or if it will be completable in Ulduar Timewalking.

VillsMimiron's Head

Mimiron's Head will continue to drop from the new version of Alone in the Darkness (25 player)
It is still uncertain if boss health will scale with group size, but boss health does appear to scale with player individual level. To give some context as to how to this works, think back to the Legion pre-launch event where the invasion boss's health scaled based on the number of players attacking the boss, and the boss' health scaled according to the player's current level. Ulduar (Normal) will most likely follow a similar format.

Ulduar Timewalking will be available later today and remain open through the weekend. Please use this thread for feedback and bug reports regarding this raid, or related issues. Noting the nature of your group (Mythic guild premade, PUG, etc.) is helpful, as are any logs. Thank you to everyone who has come out to help test!

That sounds like a pain. I got so much 25m transmog gear from farming the mount, now when I go back to 10m to get all that missed transmog it's going to be mixed in with the 25m stuff :/ And if they're scaling it up to max level.... can't even solo it to farm it anyway....
