Band of the Eternal Defender immediately comes to mind, but there is a catch... The
Armor proc does not stack with your usual
Scroll of Protection V and, even worse, overwrites your scroll buff entirely! Unfortunately, this low proc chance <10% uptime armor buff ends up only hurting your overall mitigation compared to the permanent effect of a
Scroll of Protection V, which makes the Exalted Tank ring simply
unusable for any serious tank using scrolls.
