That way, when the event starts, you can post the story on the same day! Not 4 days later, the same day! Especially if the event has daily prizes that your readers would love to hear about. It would be delightful to hear your reason for posting such an event 4 days later; why posting on the 18th instead of the 14th was a much better call. Must be a newbie mistake... wait, no, the author has been working at Wowhead for 8 years as a Staff and News editor.
