Feral Bear Druids rely a lot more on Dodge for avoidance, which makes Aldor
a better choice. Dodge very slightly edges out Defense for stat weights. Prot Paladins and Warriors also get some benefit from Dodge for avoidance also rely a lot on Block, though Prot Warriors get slightly more added benefit as Dodge gives some extra total avoidance over Block. Prot Paladins get more benefit from the Scryer Greater Inscription of Warding
, but for Prot Warriors, the decision is less clear since the amount of avoidance you get from either is miniscule. Go with other weights to decide which to pick for Warrior.
For another gear issue to consider for Warriors that might help split the difference - From Beanna, Warrior Class Writer:
I think the real important choice here are the phase 5 necks. Now those are only catch-up gear and won't matter much for people who raided BT for a few months prior. But when it comes to warrior, the tank neck is WAY BETTER for Scryers (but not better than SWP necks) while the DPS neck is WAY BETTER for Aldor (but not better than BT necks). You wouldn't even consider using them if you aren't the proper faction basically.
