Sounds like ABK lawyers are just throwing stuff at the wall to see if anything will stick. Just trying to prolong the process and drive up legal fees. Its unfortunate that this kind of conduct is legal. Also, @WoWHead aren't the comment sections on these kind of articles usually disabled?
More ways to organize a group with fair interests is never bad.
"we strongly disagree that a decision that could significantly impact the future of the entire Albany-based Diablo team should be made by just a handful of employees,”. as opposed to being controlled by Bobby Kotick, which is CLEARLY better than actual employees right? jokes aside, great win for Vicarious.
Time to stick on some rage against the machine.
Wait, they argued that it "totally is not the same" if you worked on Resurrected but not on D4, and vice versa? Truly amazing xD
A union of 21 quality assurance workers? Yeah that totally sounds like it will fight for the rights of all workers in the company and isn't a power grab by a bunch of people who will totally not follow political lines. It's not like unions are used as political tools by certain parties to push their own agenda forward, especially when the Union is dramatically smaller than the actual workforce it claims to represent. We'll see though if the "Union" actually pushes forward topics that promote role or Union goals though.
Not to sound like a ahole but I totally forgot the Union thing was still happening, with all the DF news I forgot that was still a thing.
I love it when unskilled labor wants to unionize...All they do is make things worse for themselves.
Solidarity forever
Unskilled? Have you ever actually worked in QA?
