Spell Changes Summary:
There are many different talent changes and re-orderings.
Some Artifact Traits have been turned into Talents or baseline spells.
AoE Crowdcontrol Effects got nerfed, following the ideas shown
in Blizzard's recent Blogpost
.
Some spells have really low base values because they are already including
item level and stat changes for BfA
.
This is a
very early
view on the Battle For Azeroth's class concepts, nothing here is final.
Class Highlights
Death Knights get

Iridi's Empowerment
Voidform increases your Shadowspell damage dealt by an additional 3% and increases your Vampiric Embrace healing by 250%.
Shivarran Symmetry
For the first 3 sec after activating Blade Flurry, your melee attacks strike all nearby enemies for 65%39% of normal damage.
Pristine Proto-Scale Girdle
Lava Burst deals an additional (54%13.5% of Spell power) damage over 6 sec. Stacks up to 5 times.

A sweeping attack that strikes all enemies in front of you for 135%36% Frost damage. This attack benefits from Killing Machine. Critical strikes with Frostscythe deal 4 times normal damage.
Frozen Pulse
While you have fewer than 2 full Rune, your auto attacks radiate intense cold, inflicting (40%6.72% of Attack power) Frost damage on all nearby enemies.
Glacial Advance
Summon glacial spikes from the ground that advance forward, each dealing (375%78.75% of Attack power) Frost damage to enemies near their eruption point.
Icy Talons
Frost Strike also increases your melee attack speed by 12%5% for 6 sec, stacking up to 3 times.
Inexorable Assault
