Artifact Knowledge from 26-40 has been rebalanced and grants much more Artifact Power for rank than previously in the PTR.

More details on the "Infinite" final Artifact Traits were revealed: there are 50 ranks, which increase your primary stat via the proc Concordance of the Legionfall.

More raid testing is on the way for four Tomb of Sargeras bosses.

Legendaries require level 101 in the latest build; not sure if intended. Several legendaries have also received updated procs including the 7.2 Blacksmithing Legendary Rethu's Incessant Courage.

Each Emissary Cache will have a mount drop from it. This version of the Emissary Cache is from the Paragon version of the reward - a special "Exalted Plus" tier coming in 7.2. You get these caches on the PTR for every 20,000 rep past exalted and collecting 10 of these rewards Paragon of the Broken Isles. We do not know if the mount is guaranteed to be in a cache yet.

The currently-datamined Tier 20 set bonuses are indeed mostly placeholder and untuned. Bear in mind that the current Tier 19 bonuses went through several rounds of revisions, and in many cases redesigns, before they went live as well.

Death Knight

Item - Death Knight T20 Blood 4P Bonus Blood Boil has a 25% chance to grant you 0 Versatility for until cancelled.3000 Versatility for 10 sec.

Item - Death Knight T20 Unholy 2P Bonus Death Coil causes one of your Army of the Dead ghouls to explode, dealing (150%500% of Attack power) damage to up to 03 nearby enemies.

Druid

Item - Druid T20 Restoration 2P Bonus Swiftmend hastriggers up to 40% reduced cooldown based on the current health of your target. More reduced cooldown when used on a lower health target.

NEW Swiftmend increases your Efflorescence healing by 400% for 8 sec.

Mage

Item - Mage T20 Arcane 2P Bonus Greater InvisibilityPresence of Mind instantly grants you 4 Arcane Charges When you leave Greater Invisibility, your damage is increased by 20% for 12 sec.and increases your damage done by 10% for 15 sec.

Item - Mage T20 Arcane 2P Bonus Casting Arcane Missiles reduces the remaining cooldown on Greater Invisibility by 5.0 sec.Presence of Mind by 4.0 sec.

Item - Mage T20 Fire 2P Bonus Fireball has a 15% chance to makecause your next Pyroblast or Flamestrike to be a guaranteed critical strike.

Item - Mage T20 Frost 4P Bonus The cooldown of Frozen Orb is reduced by 55.0 sec whenever you gain Brain Freeze.

Paladin

Item - Paladin T20 Holy 2P Bonus Light of Dawn has up to 40% reduced cooldown based on the current health of your targets. More reduced cooldown when it heals lower health targets.triggers Dawn's Light, instantly healing your current friendly target within 0 to 40 yds for (300% of Spell power).

Item - Paladin T20 Holy 4P Bonus Light of Dawn grants you Dawn's Light, increasing the healing of your next spell by 25%.triggers up to 40% reduced cooldown based on the current health of the target of your Dawn's Light. More reduced cooldown when used on a lower health target.

Priest

Item - Priest T20 Shadow 2P Bonus Mindbender/ Shadowfiend's damage dealt is increased by up to 75% / 200%60% / 180%, based on your current Insanity.

Item - Priest T20 Shadow 4P Bonus Mind Blast reduces the cooldown of Mindbender / Shadowfiend by 1.0% / 3.0%.1.0 / 3.0 sec.

Rogue

Item - Rogue T20 Assassination 4P Bonus Garrote's cost is reduced by 25 Energy and cooldown is reduced by 6.012 sec.

Item - Rogue T20 Assassination 2P Bonus Garrote generates 1 additional combo point and deals 20%60% increased damage.

Item - Rogue T20 Outlaw 4P Bonus Adrenaline Rush persists for 15 sec longer when it ends, at half power.

Shaman

Item - Shaman T20 Elemental 4P Bonus Reduce the cooldown of Storm Elemental/ Fire Elemental by 1.02.0 / 2.0 sec when Flame Shock periodic damage deals a critical strike.

Item - Shaman T20 Restoration 2P Bonus Your healing spells casts have a 10%have a chance to increase the Critical Strike chance of your next Riptide by 100%.
