Protection:
Divine Sanctuary
20% base mana
Instant
5 minutes cooldown.
The paladin creates a dome of divine sanctuary. Any ally within the dome is protected from all damage, but can not use any offensive abilitys. Lasts 10 seconds.

This spell should have a look and feel similar to the deathknights
Anti-Magic Zone
, but with a yellow tint instead of the silly pink/magenta.
Edit: Anyone affected by the sanctuary should probably get the 4-BEARance debuff.

For tanks:
Seal of the Avenged
14% of base mana
Instant cast
Any attack that does damage to the Paladin fills him with holy power, causing each melee strike to do 5% extra damage as Holy. Stacks up to 5 times.
Unleashing this Seal's energy will judge an enemy, causing damage. The Paladin gains a shield that absorbs 50% of the damage done. Lasts 12 seconds.
For Ret PvP:
Judgement of Faith
Requires 2h Weapon
5% base mana
Instant cast
10 yard range
10 second cooldown
Unleashes the energy of a Seal spell to judge an enemy for 20 sec, granting attacks made against the judged enemy a chance to deal an additional 3% damage as Holy.
For Holy:
Hand of the Martyr
6% base mana
Instant
30 yard range
2 minute cooldown
Places a Hand on the party or raid member, increasing the effectiveness of the Paladin's healing spells on the target and all allies within 10 yards of the target by 10% for 12 seconds. Critical heals on the affected target will also heal allies within 10 yards for 20% of the critical heal.
EDIT: Fixed my Judgement of Faith to behave like other judgements, with cooldown and instant cast.

TheJohan - that'd be horrible! Greater Hand of Protection, muchly? At least with a Hand of Protection, you can cancel it as necessary.
Also, if the whole raid lost aggro due to giant bubble... would the boss reset?
Holy:
Heavenly Army
Casting time of 5 seconds
Channeled for 5 seconds
Cooldown: 20 minutes
Range: 30 yards
Tooltip: Summons 10 Archons that will resurrect nearby fallen allies, rejuvenate comrades, and deal massive Holy damage to the target.
Actual: Battle resurrect's up to 10 dead characters, in order of distance from the caster. Each resurrection sacrifices an Archon. Remaining Archons can then cast a 15sec raidwide HoT for 3000 health (600 every 3 seconds) each and restoring 0.5% total mana per 3 second tick, for a maximum of 6k health every 3 seconds, and 25% mana over 15 seconds (same as Divine Plea), if no players are resurrected. Archons will also Holy Shock the enemy targeted by the player for the same damage as the player's own Holy Shock skill (prerequisite talent). If noone is targeted, then no damage will be done.
Notes - Cooldown over 10 minutes in order to avoid use in PvP.

You're thinking purely PvE, Mr. Squishy. Shame! XD
The problem I noticed is that the allies would suddenly have Forbearance, whether they liked it or not. Other Paladins might not like losing their ability to bubble when they want. XD

I was thinking it to be an off-tank ability. Run away from the boss and make a safezone for healers when the boss makes a massive area-attack. :)

That is true - it would have some pretty nifty PvP usage. I don't htink it would trigger Forbearance though - would you not be covered if you've recently used Avenging Wrath? Or if you had used Divine Shield/Divine Sacrifice recently, you would just bounce out? xD

LOL! Think of the actual useful possibilities though - if you're running with the flag carrier and someone's catching up, the prot pally aims and drops the giant bubble, the flag carrier gets pushed forwards and out, giving them a boost towards wherever they're running to.
Ret:
Avatar of the Heavens
Use: Transforms the player into an Avatar.
Tooltip: Transforms your character into an Avatar of the Heavens! Increases size, increases all damage done by 15%, and increases all healing done to the player by 30%. Seal of Command damage is doubled, and deals backlash damage of 20%. Only Retribution spells can be cast in this form. Threat is reduced by 25%.

hahahahah imba ideas... but will never see them ingame... xD
Hey, I thought my ideas were pretty fair -- especially considering these are supposed to be "Heroic" abilities. XD Give tanks a new seal to use that could actually make Reckoning useful (OMG NO WAI d00d!), Ret Paladins get a nice raid-wide buff to damage (I don't know why I put "Ret PvP" ... I had a PvP idea, lost it, went with that), and Holy gets a nice little AOE heal that's on a respectable cooldown, with the intention being on 5-man's when being the only healer can be rather tough for a single-target healer. :D
I like the concept of Squish's idea, though. Just to see the spell effect would be worth it... I'd be casting it every 20 minutes just to go "d00d army of teh

Condemn the target for 15 seconds. During this time the target takes 10% extra damage from the Paladin, but the Paladin will take 10% extra damage from all sources. This effect fades if the target dies.
I like this one. Pretty imba, especially if combined with wings, but the concept alone is pretty neat-o if you ask me.

prot paladin:
Explosion of light
- cause an AoE of light that effect holy damage to every foe in 30 yard radius with 200% attack power of the paladin. in addtion every alliy in the aoe area gain for 10 sec the power word light that will make his attacks also do holy damage Equals 20% the paladin Attack power. (20 mins cooldown)
Holy paladin:
Serenity of light
- cast on a dead aliy bring him back to life with 100% heath and 100% mana to the duration of 5% spell power of the paladin in sec (if the caster have 2k spell power then the target will be alive for 100 sec) when the the durtion end the raised player will die again with no gear durability, if the player died while under the effect of the spell he will get the gear durability. (30 mins cooldown)
Ret paladin:
The light of Vengeance
- upon casting the next 5 attack dmg will do an extra 30% weapon dmg as holy damage. this cast can stuck with Avenging Wrath. (5 mins cooldown)

Fully heals all raid members. Causes a Forbearance-like debuff, preventing you from using loh, ds, aw, hop and reduces your healing by 25% for 5 minutes. Actually it would be more realistic to be like the old loh, draining all your mana, effectively taking you out of the fight.
