I can't speak for Fury experience nor from raiding DPS, however I believe the general baselines would be something like 30% critical, 2000 attack power, 150-200 hit rating (however much you can get, make sure you take expertise & Precision into account).
If these figures seem Outlandish (pun intended), they might be...then again, with raid buffs, etc. all thrown into the mix, well I think they should be conservatively on par at some point or another...^_^;'

9% Hit from gear and talents
around 30% crit in zerk
pump all the rest of your item stats into strength.
Basically, the difference between the difference between pre- and post-kara is the amount of AP you have. And 2000 AP pre-Kara is unreasonable, I'm in SSC/TK gear and still only have 1900 unbuffed. I think I had about 1600 AP unbuffed in my blues when I started Kara.

Well, I run SSC and TK with 134 hit rating, the precision talent and the weapon mastery talent. All in all that amounts to about 11% hit and 2% less dodge. On WWS when I look at my stats, I get around 3% dodges (both white and yellow hits) thanks to WM, and about 13% misses on white hits. The 13% miss is evened out by my BT and WW hitting a lot harder. Don't get me wrong, getting more +hit is not wrong, it's just less efficient than stacking AP (in the form of strength of course) and Crit when you are past the 9% hit threshhold. Also note that the 9% is for boss level mobs, on 70-72 mobs you can get by with even less (think it's 6% for a 72).
All in all, white hits are only 40-45% of my DPS, so stacking a stat that doesn't benefit over 50% of my DPS moves seems kinda silly to me.

My stats are 1797AP, 165 hit rating+precision, 26.5% crit.
I know I am low on crit but am waiting for another vortex for my chest piece to socket the PvP gems in for more crit.
The thing about stacking +hit is because you have sharpening stones, strenght food, strenght scrolls, and 120AP flask. That is about 228AP from kings and talents. Plus 1.5% crit I think from sharpening stones. There is hit rating food but I like to have gear with the +hit.
With all raid buffs and everyting procs I can get close to 4k AP and a mongoose proc for more crit.
It all needs to be even meaning you need your hit rating to match what you are all buffed up at.

I think when mentioning a figure of ~95 hit rating people should make note they have Precision. Throwing two different figures out doesn't exactly spread reliable information, it just generates more threads asking for the truth.
Precision is 3% hit, which is 47 hit rating at level 70. Precision is valued at 30 hit rating for a level 60.
You need ~142 hit rating to reach the 9% required for special attacks against level 73 creatures.
Why hit rating diminishes in value
It's a known fact more hit rating is good. Anyone looking at logic can see that when 45-55% of your damage is from auto-attacks, more of those landing is good.
However, once you reach 142 (or 95 with Precision) it ceases to take priority over other attributes or stats — it becomes the least sought after stat. That is, you no longer need to concern yourself with seeking out hit rating. You need to strongly seek out strength (for attack power) & some degree of crit rating if you're low.
This topic's been beaten to death.
Please make sure to always mention Precision, etc. when discussing actual hit rating needed (
several
people in this thread did not). We should try to inform others properly, not presume someone knows this or that bit of information.
I feel this topic has been covered in enough detail & don't really see how a discussion can continue, at least where I'm concerned.
