Yeah, unbelievably lame... I was so excited to get a blue bop drop for once. Maybe help out my warlock alt. Woot! Or not. BoP. I'm in epics and if i'm only vendoring this... i'd rather take the greens. Thanks blizz.

Not only a random enchantment but bop, making the odds of these going to someone who can use them slim to none.

Evidently these boots as the other blue items from the prison mobs, have a different even random stat. You would find Windchanneller's Boots of the .... with the name and the respective stat.
