Rather stupid that this is BoP in my opinion. Whether or not someone can get to exalted depends on luck.

It should either be BoE or the plant parts quest should be able to be turned in after Honored, just for no rep.

BTW, can be turned in all the way through exalted.

I got one of these plant quest starters but I spent over 70G in plant parts to hit the 9k rep for honored. Anyway I'm honored now and nearly 63 about to start Zanga quest :D

There is some mechanism preventing you from getting theese plants from the bags. I turned in loads with my main and got several. I then turned in the max amount of unidentifiable plants with 2 alts and got none. I am sure there is a prereq to get theese.

In the completion text, the name Lauranna suggests for the plant is actually your name followed by "rium" - if your name, for example, happens to be Bob, she'll name the plant "Purple Leafed Bobrium". Sooo... Neverdying honour! How's that for a quest reward. Your name will be passed down through history, and every time a new level 61 grinder tramples one of your flowers down, they'll remember you fondly. >_>

No pre-reqs, I have a lvl 61 NE alt that I gave enough plant parts to to go from 0 into neutral to honored. She hadn't done anything in Zangarmarsh, not even the Cenarion Outpost quests in Hellfire. I got 4 of the Uncatalogued plant parts, which puts the drop rate at like 1 in 11 turnins for me, since I turned in just over 450 unidentified plant parts. So they seem to be pretty rare.

Yea, i'd love to keep turning these things in but i cant seem to turn in any more plants after i hit honored.. its really lame.. i wanted to start gettin the revered and exalted... i even have like 400 of those plant parts.. now i cant even turn them in.. lol

if you know what i can do to increase my rep for CE at 63-64 lemme know.. i have done "ALL" the Hellfire and zang quests.. already started in terrokar..

well i guess my next 70 will be exalted by 61..

This (repeatable) quest is unavailable after you hit honored.

Alternatively, the player can begin turning in for a chance at an , which can be turned in for 500 reputation. It is suggested that the player save his Uncatalogued Species until after Honored status is achieved, as the quest cannot be continued past that point, while Uncatalogued Species can be used until Exalted.

When you are doing the Identify Plant parts quest you receive a package of identified plants as a reward for each 10 unidentified plant parts you bring to Lauranna Thar'well

There is a chance that in that package there is a Uncatalogued species in it.

If you are concerned about Cenarion Expedition Rep the best way to do this is to hold on to these until you are honored with Cenarion Expedition and you can no longer turn in the unidentified plant parts. Then turn in all the uncatalogued species.

From what I've read, if you dont get this quest item before you get honored...you're SOL.

I turned in 15 or 20 sets of plant parts but never got the Uncatalogued species. Unfortunatly I didn't know about this quest untill too late.
