They are littered around on the ground, and they drop from the Blood Elves that guard the area. The Blood Elves shoot fireballs, and attack with their staff, and like to randomly run around more than normal, so watch where you are and where they are.

There's also a Lvl 18 rare spawn named Fenissa the Assassin that patrol the outside perimeter. She's stealthed so be careful.

Is there a certain order to do this quest? because I can't get it now and he has no more quests to give

I just ran this quest and noticed that as the Blood Elves walked past the medical supplies on the ground, the item would blink out of sight. Playing a hunch I killed one of the Elves and sure enough, the medical supplies were part of the loot. Every time. So I got XP for killing the Blood Elves and got the quest items. If you are doing this quest with other players around, that might be the fastest way to finish the quest.

The supplies are on the ground around the core, and also drop off of the Reclaimers.

Directly west of Blood Watch (for those of you who still get confused, like me, that's to the left...and if THAT is confusing...hold up both hands and form "L" shapes (put down all but your thumb and fore-finger) and the one that makes a backwards "L" is YOUR right...right?) OK?
If you cannot beat lvl 15-17, it is ill advised that you take on this quest yet. There are mages out there and they almost took me down each time. Be on your toes if you go on this quest.
ANOTHER THING - Some medical supplies WILL drop from the Sunhawks, but there are also MANY boxes around that you can open and each contains a box of medical supplies.

Vindicator Kuros at Blood Watch wants you to recover 12 boxes of Medical Supplies.

We have others pursuing leads on the sun portals, <name>. I need you to focus on the task at hand.

Boros has received new reports of another crash site. What we've since discovered is that the crash site is actually the Exodar's cryo-core. This is a pod holding area that houses pods exactly like the ones we draenei crawled out of in Ammen Vale.

This area also holds medical supplies. Head to the Cryo-Core, directly west of Blood Watch. Search for supplies and search for survivors.
