You cannot finish the Q if You
1) first kill the last boss and executioner in proper time
2) second run back to Drisella (questgiver), take the quest and go back to finish it

I have done it yesterday (warrior, mage, warlock, rogue, shaman).
After leaving 1st (or actually 2nd if counting badges) boss room 55 minutes countdown starts. When that time is gone 1st prisoner will be killed and you will get 10 minutes more to save second one.

Like someone said on the Alliance version of this quest, don't skip the ogre to save time. Otherwise you'll have one more add when doing Kargath...

Have done this timed run in 30-35 mins (from first boss), at the end lot's of potions in loot, additional badge, 3 prisoners standing, but still grey question mark. Have no clue, why 2 of us in party didn't get quest completed. Other 3 players was done quest other run. And we took quest normally, before jumping down to oozes, no running back and forth.

Very easy quest. Grab it right before the first boss, at the door, before you jump down (if you don't have a way to pick the lock).
Then get to the last boss as fast as you can and after killing it, kill the executioner that's behind him. It's an elite mob. It will drop 7 Super Mana and Super Healing Potions, 2 Primal Airs, and the quest item.

We got to the guy with 30m left on the 1st timer, uber easy.

The timer is a debuff, which means that bubbling will remove it, it did in my case :|
