Pretty easy to find. He's a big fire elemental in the middle of Emberglade. Rough location of 58,18 co-ordinates.

It looks like a big scarecrow. Make sure to open up the red bag after you accept the quest from the fire elemetal so you can take out the stuff you need for the quest. lvl 12, easy.

Hi guys, first comment on thottbot ever. I cant add a comment to the part of the quest this i referring to, so I'll put it here.

The coordinates for the effigy are 11,82. On the island on the far southwest corner of the map. I wish this comment were here when i needed it. Maybe now Ill save someone the hardship, lol.

Went to him after getting the torch and he would not respond to me... Saw on earlier post to get things outta the bag when picking up the quest. Will try and restart the quest and check the bag!

If you are unable to talk to Temper or interact with him, make sure you did part 1 of the quest chain which starts from the shaman trainer in Exodar. I don't think you're supposed to be able to accept the part where you have to talk to Temper until after you've talked to the trainer in Exodar but you can anyways so whatever heh.

The torch is a random drop from any of the crazed wildkin. I got it from the third one in, it's easy and simple.

i cannot find on the comments where something is for the quest so i need to download co ordinates how do i?

Ok, I need help with coords. I went to WOWWIKI and did the thing where you copy and paste the letters in your chat box. Now what do i type to use the coords because this is gay. do i type /coordinates 59.81 or something like that? Please someone help me i need to figure this out.

This quest is long and complicated. Hopefully this simplifies it a little:

1. Speak to the Shaman trainer in Azure Watch. Quick tip: Unless you're adamant about keeping a specific hearth spot, set your hearth to Azure Watch while you're there (will save time later). In any case, he sends you up to Emberglade, which is around 59,17.

2. Speak to the biggest fire dude there who sends you to find a Ritual Torch in Stillpine Hold.

3. You don't need coords, this is a big cave to the west in the middle of the map. IMPORTANT: This is where you get your FIRST Ritual Torch. This item drops off of the enemies in the cave and can be quick or slow. Personally, it was about the fifth enemy for me so not too bad.

4. Now you need to go back to Temper to turn in the quest. This time, he gives you a bag, called a Fireproof Satchel. Right-click to open your bag and you find your SECOND Ritual Torch. Some people see that you require another torch, do not see it in their bag, and simply go back to Stillpine Hold to try and farm another out. Do not do this! The torch will not drop if you are on this leg of the quest!

5. Go a long ways away down to 11,82. Yes this is a long, long trip. Around there you will see an effigy, a bunch of straw that looks like a scarecrow almost. Anyways, clear the area first and then right-click him to summon the dude. I died first time at lvl 10 and it was quite annoying (walk back is long). Don't be afraid to use Gift of the Naaru a little early in this fight, it can go a long way - second time was cake for that reason. I used it when I got to 60-70% health and quickly ended the fight with almost full health.

6. When he's defeated, loot the body and return to Temper. An Orb of Returning is provided for this exact reason and takes you right back to him. Turn in the quest and...

7. Wait. He doesn't give you the next leg right away. Go get a drink or change your music or something, it takes a minute. But believe me, this far into the quest and this far away from Azure Watch, it's worth the wait. Speak to him again and he says to go to Azure Watch.

8. If you set your hearth there, hearth to Azure Watch or simply run there. Turn in at Shaman trainer and he sends you to Exodar's Shaman trainer. Then you are DONE.

All in all this quest takes a LONG time and is quite annoying but definitely pays off. Easy to accomplish at lvl 10 just be careful at effigy. GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY QUESTING!

Also for this part if you're lazy like me and can get the Kessel run quest on the isle to the north, just take the elephant for a ride all the way down to the isle and abandon the quest, very quick work of a long walk.

Once again you are to be tested, and this time the chaotic element of fire must be understood if you're to create a totem to harness its energies.

To the northeast on the coast is a sacred place of fire known as Emberglade. Amidst its burned trees stands Temper, a fire elemental of great power, and the one that you must speak with.

Go to him now and may the elemental spirits of Azeroth go with you.
