I found 3 at 34,68... one was in one of the small boats off of the docks, one on the docks and one near the broken ship. They seem to have a slow respawn but they're there.

EDIT: Found another at 30,68 right under the big red ship.

EDIT: Another in the wreckage next to the red ship noted above.

there are 3/4 spawns inside the tower.. look there, clear a bit, and you will see them.

I found one box of the armaments on a small boat, and I found two more boxes in the water. I didn't fight a thing for those three.

The boxes are littered all over the waters by the boats, and the smaller boat carry some too.

Exact locations of the crate are 34,67 however it is near the wrecked ship as said above

Go to Sunsail Anchorage at 32,70, they are in little brown boxes. I found 4 in the tower itself, as well as got one off the boss at the top. From there I found the other 3 along the dock to the west of the tower.

found a few crates in the water under the ship and by the shipwrecks under water... easier to get the ones in the water so you dont have to deal with pesky enemies...

Also there are quite a few crates in the water and on the boats around Sunsail Anchorage also. :)

Carbonite had me running around on top of a mountain at coords 27.8,72.4 for these armaments. Look at the bootom of the river by the sunken ships instead at Sunsail Anchorage 33,66.

Instead of waiting around swim to the bottom of the Wrecked Ships and they are all over the place! Coordinates 32,67

The coordinates above are right on. These crates are in Sunsail Anchorage. They just have a slow respawn. I went all over the area 5 times before I saw the first crate. I thought I was in the wrong place! I found them on the boat in the bay and along the docks. You do have to be plenty patient and wait for them to respawn. With all the new players it took about 15 minutes for me to get all 8. Also there are level 7-8 Wretched Thugs and Wretched Hooligans to fight but they were pretty easy.

There are quite a few Crates in the water around Sunsail Anchorage also. :)

It looks like Blizzard didn't increase the spawn for these at all for pre-patch launch. The respawn for each box was about five and a half minutes of camping one spot.

As if that weren't embarrassing enough, most of our weapons were left behind when they attacked. Bring me back our armaments so that we may show those ruffians who's boss.
