This quest gives no honor as reward, i think it's something Blizzard overlooked and i'm expecting a hotfix if not a fix in a future patch.
Should reward around 256 honor.

As for now, a waste of time.

Rewards for a lvl 66: 179 honor, 500 Mag'har rep, 12,650k xp, and 4g40s. All is rewarded on repeats, including the Mag'har reputation. Completable within raid.

Seems your target has to be over level 65. Isn't confirmed yet, but I did kill a level 65 alliance, and didn't get any "frag", if you wanna call it that.
