Location is correct, he wanders around a bit though.

He's easy, hits weak and only has 5.5k hp, only seen him use a debuff that gave me +70 Physical damage taken, that's all.

The demons required for this stage of the overall quest chain are incredibly weak.

Anyone can solo these.

The two times i did it it was sorta bugged. the NPC was a dreadlord looking guy, but was simply named "Unknown" i killed "Unknown" in hopes it would spawn the named, but it just gave me completed credit for the quest.

This quest was absolutely trivial as an affliction warlock. I didnt even have time to cast a full rotation of DoT's on him- He has very little health, and hits very weakly. He may cast Curse of Blood on you, which increases the physical damage you take by 70, but thats about it.

You'll spend more time flying than killing if you do the three quests at once.

this quest is bugged for me. i have done the two other against quests, but when i kill Lothros i dont get slain, and cant complete the quest :/

same with another quest in shadowmoon valley when i am going to kill a Servant of illidan mob. it seems like all those kinda mobs is bugged for me :/

He's walking around on top of the stairs.
If you done a quest earlier to save one of Oronok's sons, you've seen him as he is just in front of that female demon leader, from who you have to get the key.

28, 51 (or so). He's a dreadlord in pink armor, and he's easily soloable for the appropriate level. It also was clear for me to fly in, land safely, kill, and fly away without any adds.

Found Lothros on the top level of Illidari Point (ruins SE of Legion Hold). His coords are roughly 28,50. He struts his stuff back and forth between Painmistress Gabrissa and the little hut at the top of the stairs. There's usually a Satyr in the little hut and possibly one or two of the stealthy ones lurking about up there as well. All in all he's an easy kill if you get him by himself.
Like the other quests, no rep and 7g59s as a reward (@ lvl 70).

As a side note, completing this quest along with "Against the Legion" and "Against All Odds" from Altruis opens up a new one called "Illidan's Pupil" which involves listening to Altruis' tale now that you've earned his trust. Afterwards he'll hook you up with a Shadow Labs quest.

This guy paces around the area at 28.51. He is big, pinked wing, looking demon.

But for the fact that you have to fly to the furthest corners of Outland to do all three quests (Zangamarsh, Netherstorm, and Shadowmoon), the kills are easy. The most time consuming and annoying part is the 10+ minutes of flight time to get to everywhere.

I still have respect for Illidan. Without him I would not have found my path.

He is not who he once was, however. His soul has been corrupted by power, his mind has been twisted by defeat. He has become what I am sworn to destroy and his pet servants, the Illidari, are as much of an abomination as any demon of the Burning Legion.

His grasp on Outland is slipping yet his reach is still vast. Prove you're not with him by slaying his lieutenant Lothros at Illidari Point in Shadowmoon Valley.
