This quest isn't buggy at all. I got it from Alamma @ lvl 20, exactly what the "Quick Facts" says. And I'm a Bloodelf Warlock.

cant get the quest in ogri,UC and silvermoon when im lvl 40 belf lock :S

HIGHLY recommend that you do the other warlock quest to get Succubus, because the barren version require no killing and the XP is pretty good.

This quest line is a mega kamahamaha pain in the ass

I recommend starting this chain with the trainer in orgrimmer, by the time i got to the end of the chain i was lv 22 and the end quest was so easy as the succubus you have to kill is only to tents away from the lock trainer and took me all of 3 shoots to kill it.
This was after my bf who is also a lock telling me how hard it was as he did the undercity one lol

the org is 1000x easyer just got to kill 1 thing the hole time.
the other one is a pain in the ass and u got to look at guides and stuff. on the org one u can do it youself with out any help its so easy even a noob like me can do it

This quest was long, but not too tough. I was able to solo it rather easily at lvl 20, although it was time consuming! Stocking up on soul shards is a good idea before you venture out. I lost my voidwalker twice to raptors entering the wetlands and needed to rez once when I was attacked by 3 lvl 27s.

Comar Villard is right around the corner to the right when you go over the bridge, but he walks around a bit so he may come up on you from behind while you are looking. In my case, he was alone, easy to kill and then I just hearthed back with both hearts in hand.
