Rally Zapnabber will not show up on your minimap, but he's only a few steps south-west of Tally (under the platform).

Talking to him will send you soaring back down the hill to R-3DO.

Mages can blink to travel strait to the ground. After that you are free to walk around as normal, you look like you're still flying though.

Useful if you don't feel like going anywhere. Quest completes as soon as you are launched.

There is a 2 minit debuff preventing you from doing the quest extreamly fast.. thats the hardest part of this whole thing, waiting for the debuff to time off.

as any class , u can start logging out and if timed right u will stay in place and not launch off, when ur on the platform getting charged, hit cancel and turn in quest

At level 70 with a flying mount I was unable to start any of the Test Flight quests. No idea why.

As a mage if you ice block just before the launch it will keep you and place and then you can talk to the guy. Not as much fun though. This applies to all the launching quests

Druids have something similar, shift to flight form in the air, and your stay still, flying, with control.

This is extremly annoying if toshley's station is being raided by ravagers the question mark will appear then dissapear untill the raid is over.
