A lot of people have problems finding these. They're basically seige tanks with towers put on them. You can find them directly north of Honor Hold. They're guarded fairly lightly.

It for some reason escaped my memory that I had an item to use, and I ran around trying to find a tank to right click on. Note that you do not right click on the siege tank, you use the item provided to you!

For the Horde Quest: They are South of Thrallmar across the main road. One to the East'ish and the other to the West'ish. They are not very far from each other. They look like stone Alliance towers placed on cannons. Get close & right click the torch you were given in your bags. There are usually 1-3 mobs roaming around each. Can usually get to the back of the cannon by killing 1 or 2 easy.

Alright just to be clear. you have to use the torch they give you....i have so many stuff in my backpack i was confused for a bit. there is no right click gear.

Though they are Alliance cannons you don't need to worry about being flagged for PvP seeing as they are controlled by the bad orcs. However, make sure you don't get too close to any Alliance guards.

The coords as someone already posted are correct:
Eastern cannon 60, 52
Western cannon 55,53
In case you don't have a mod that shows coordinates, just travel directly south from Thrallmar. Up on the hill (alliance side of the road) you will find two cannons. Those are big ones with stone towers on them.
Now, I've found those cannons right away, tried using torch on them. It didn't work and I've decided that those were the wrong ones. Spent good 30 minutes trying to burn all wooden ballistas spread along the hill. Turned out I just tried from the wrong side.

Just make sure you're trying to attack the cannons on the south side of the road not north side. So don't bother clearing around the north side.

I am using Ct_Mapmod for coords and I can tell u that the coords r incorrect. There r two trees and then water...real nice cannons

To complete this quest you need to use the Flaming Torch to burn both the Alliance Cannons.

Alliance cannons located south of Thrallmar, you can see it from afar, there are three of them, but the middle one isn't required.
Carefully cross the road (beware of multiple 63lvl blood orcs) and use Flaming Torch while you are close to a cannon.

I'm a lucky, lucky goblin. I get to make explosives and killing machines, knowing they'll be used immediately on important missions!

Speaking of missions, I just got one from Thrallmar command: burn the Alliance cannons on the far side of the Path of Glory... the ones pointing dangerously close to Horde fortifications. Take this torch and make your way to each cannon. Fire the torch and watch the sparks fly!
